    I have a query I am prity over weght
    This is my diet plan
    I morning I take carrot juice angle 2 egg white
    After noon I eat subway salad with over roasted chicken n honey mustard lil ketchup
    Pre workout I have 4 egg white n yogurt
    After workout I take subway honey oat sandwich with over rosted chicken
    Before bed I take for free yogurt with cinnamon
    Please suggest me do I am on right track ?
