2 teaspoons olive oil
2 bell peppers, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
8 eggs
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
8 six inch flour tortillas (2 per serving)
shredded cheese
salsa
