    Protein powder makes it much easier to intake higher levels of protein. Pre-workout keeps you going to get in more reps and stay on a cardio machine. Supplements definitely help. 🙌

    I have lost 21 lbs in 10 weeks and I use protein powder only on the days I hit the weights hard which is 1 to 2 days a week(Fullbody), and after every Hiit workout 1 to 2 days a week. My rest days and my strictly cardio days I rarely will use protein powder unless it's close to bed time and I'm a little hungry, I will throw 1 scoop in water. Usually on the days I hit the weights hard I will use a pre-workout since I do core and a full body workout sometimes followed by 30 minutes of steady state cardio on the treadmill, all that can last up to 2 hrs. I take a multivitamin everyday and extra vitamin C. So although Protein powder and pre workouts aren't necessary everyday, I do think for most people who lift weights it is necessary sometimes to maximize your workouts.
