  1. All these plant based whole food doctors are jewish ethnic group/religion
    and i mean ALL – Fuhrman, Barnard, Stanger, Klaper, Mcdougall, Ornish, ive
    learnt a lot from them and have changed my eating. I suspect all jews
    doctor or not must know that meat and dairy = poison and never tell non
    jews/goyim and laugh at goy killing themselves. The meat and dairy industry
    would be 100% jewish owned i would expect thats how these jewish doctors
    know how it works so well…. they are a strange strange people if i have
    ever encountered some….

  3. meat and most fats do not cause your pancreas to secrete insulin so they
    are actually very safe for diabetics and is a fantastic source of nutrients
    and cholesterol is not the cause of heart disease its been proven in many
    studies both private and government based..

    There is just overwhelming evidence that we are natural
    herbivore/frugavores. Just to mention one, we have the amylase enzyme which
    is responsible for digesting starch, it’s so freaken obvious. The human
    diet is based on starches. The more fruit, veggies, seeds , nuts, rice,
    corn, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and beans you eat, the trimmer and

    Also Vegan men are the BEST…..they have healthy strong and clean bodies,
    smell yummy and most importantly have way more endurance in bed then non
    vegan guys… 🙂

  5. I hope someone can answer a question for me here. I’ve asked at a number
    of Dr. Barnard’s videos, but no one answers. I am early or pre diabetic,
    whatever one wishes to call it. As long as I keep the carbs low, my blood
    sugars are wonderful and no meds are needed. And I check my blood sugar
    throughout the day to see what I eat affects my sugar and what doesn’t. I
    want so much to go vegan, but every time I try Dr. Barnard’s way of eating,
    I start having sugar problems. As long as I stay very low glycemic, things
    aren’t bad..not great, but not bad. But when I start eating fruit…zoom
    up goes my blood sugar quickly and hangs higher for several hours. So my
    blood sugar is like a roller coaster ride whenever I try to go vegan unless
    I leave fruit totally out of the equation. Yes some fruits are worse than
    others, but what do I do, simply eat nothing but vegetables? That can’t be
    very healthy. Beans do the same thing to me. And to eat a bowl of nice
    plain oatmeal, omg a big zoom..high and hangs high for several hours too.
    And also, my fasting blood sugars go up too. Usually in the 120’s. Where
    as on the very low carb my fasting blood sugars are usually in the 80’s. I
    feel like I am stuck forever eating low carb, animal meats, fish, etc. if I
    want to keep my sugar normal without meds. It is a depressing feeling.
    Please can anyone help me with advice. Please please

    the information presented to heart (they would actually laugh more), I
    believe it would start a national healthcare revolution.

    2013, yet this video was uploaded in april 2012.. WHAT THE HELL IS

  9. Insulin and some oral medications can cause low blood sugar. Weight loss
    surgery in those with obesity is an effective measure in those with type 2
    DM. Gestational diabetes usually resolves after the birth of the baby.

  15. Eating carbohydrates causes an inflammatory response. If you don’t workout
    on a normal basis than you don’t need that many carbs to top off your
    glucose stores. Eating carbs every meal will only cause diabetes in the
    long run.
    I have rid myself from anxiety, heart palpitations, acid reflux, and high
    blood pressure for two years now. I eat high fat, ultra low carb during the
    day and at night post workout I eat plenty of carbs. Moderate protein
    throughout the day. I have never felt better.

  16. Low carb diets are bad for your health, instead eat whole plant based
    foods, not processed foods, not meat and not saturated fats. Eat starchy
    foods like potatoes, sweet potatoes and whole grains, eat nuts, legumes and
    fruit, especially lots of green leafy vegetables. Carbs in this form are
    what everyone should be eating.

  17. We are great hunters, that is why mammoths are extinct. We used our brains
    to hunt well so we didn’t need the long canines. Also, plenty of
    vegetarians have bellies caused by too many carbs. It is hard to get enough
    protein without too many carbs if you are a vegetarian.
