A degree in Advanced Health and Fitness Training (AHFT) from Bryan College will prepare you to join one of the fastest-growing industries. Bryan College was established in 1940 with the purpose of providing career-specific education based upon principles of integrity and excellence. The Bryan College online AHFT degree program was designed based on current competencies outlined by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) so you can be assured of learning the skills employers demand.

Bryan College’s curriculum is focused on providing you with knowledge and concepts relevant to real-world circumstances and requires hands-on practicum. The curriculum is reviewed annually by industry experts and includes a core focus on exercise science, nutrition, personal trainer certification preparation and business skills.

The cost to take two national certifications through NASM, ACSM, NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) or ACE (American Council on Exercise) is included with the program tuition. Additionally, as a Bryan College graduate, you qualify to participate in a week-long boot camp experience in Los Angeles, California(travel, lodging and dining expenses are included with the program tuition).
