1. Burpee + plank jack + (low) box jump x 10 reps
2. Alternating toe taps x 10 reps per foot
3. Lateral squat shuffles x 10 per side
4. Elevated reverse lunge x 10 reps per side
5. Jump rope x 100 reps
6. Med ball squat to throw x 15 reps
7. Plank “up downs” x 10 reps (up,up,down,down = 1)
8. Med ball table top crunches x 10 reps (ball up + ball down = 1 rep)

Have you ever wondered why you aren’t getting the results you want? Me too! Work out videos make me feel so bad about myself sometimes. I wanted to make a video to encourage women like me. There’s nothing wrong with you. You can work your way towards a stronger healthier body. I’m no fitness guru. I’m just a mom who has had one too many lattes, spent too much time on my couch and birthed five children. While my appearance was really starting to bother me, I knew I had to make some changes when my knees started acting up and I couldn’t make it through the day without caffeine or naps. I still have a ways to go, but I am so happy with my progress so far. I had to stop lying to myself. You do get what you work for. In the video, I am working out to Kinect Training.
