Hi Guys, this is a follow up video to my weight loss story that I posted 5 months ago… I have maintained the same weight without making any changes to the way I eat. I really love the meals that I prepare without oil and it really is quite easy once you get used to it.

Hi Guys, in this video I’m going to show you an example of what I eat in a day to feel healthy and energized and to stay slim without counting calories. I’ve made a few videos like this to show the variety of meals I eat as a vegan and that not every day is the exact same thing or even the same amount of food… I really believe in trusting your body and eating until your satisfied and full.

For breakfast today I’m having 2 bananas and a mango that I cut up and put some lemon juice on top of.. I’m also having a bowl of cereal with almond milk, and I added cinnamon, raisins and a bit of brown sugar. The brand of cereal is 365 from Whole Foods.

For Lunch, I’m having steamed carrots and sweet potato, broccoli, corn and rice – I put a bit of cayenne pepper on the rice and squeezed lime juice all over everything and I added a bit of sea salt.

For snacks throughout the day, I love fresh fruit – and during this time of the year , local, organic cherries and berries are everywhere and they taste amazing, so I’ve been having them almost daily.

For dinner I’m having steamed potatoes, green beans and green peas.. I added some ketchup as well.

When I first began eating this way, I definetly was adding more sauces to everything but overtime I began using less and less and I actually really like the taste of the food itself – but If what it takes to get you to eat more filling starchy vegetables is to add some vegan teriyaki sauce or other flavours that you love – then I recommend doing that.. do what works for you.

Thanks so much for watching guys, if you enjoy these videos be sure to give me a thumbs up to let me know. And Have a beautiful day – I’ll see you next time.

Worst Women’s Diet Mistake! (COUNTING CALORIES??)

The worst women’s diet mistake can be avoided by using our 90 day fitness and nutrition plan

The worst womens diet mistake is counting calories. There are several reasons why counting calories is a weight loss mistake. First, not all calories are created equal. If you eat too many calories in sugar and not enough lean proteins, healthy fats and healthy carbs you may still gain weight and your health could suffer, even if you are dieting. Second, those who count calories are probably farther off the mark than they think, since it’s almost impossible to calculate them correctly. Finally, since quality is more important than quantity, going only by calories is one of the worst diet mistakes you can make.

So stop counting calories and use these tips instead of making this critical womens dieting mistake. One of the most important things you can do is to ensure you are getting enough protein at every meal. If you are doing weight lifting you should try to shoot for .75 – 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Not only will this protein help you to stay satiated, it will also help you avoid some of the other worst dieting mistakes like eating too many fats or starchy carbs.

Once you’ve got your protein quantities down, you’ll want to be sure you are getting some protein at every meal and snack. Then you can start to include healthy fats, vegetables and fruits, and whole grain and starchy carbohydrates. You can base your portions of these based on what we instruct in this video. So don’t count calories and make one of the worst diet mistakes possible. Make sure you are getting enough protein, follow portion sizes, and eat intuitively.

If you do these things, there’s no need for you to quit eating favorite foods. That’s another womens diet mistake that can make you feel too restricted and sabotage your ‘willpower’.
