½ lime, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp ginger, grated
chili flakes to taste

Cheesy Broccoli Quinoa

1 cup quinoa
2 cups vegetable broth
1 crown broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 cup white cheddar, shredded
½ tsp paprika
salt and pepper
