When the weather gets warm I tend to eat less roasts and warm foods so I wanted to share some recipes for Spring / Summer salads breakfasts etc that I love and I wanted to show an example of a yummy vegan lunch (as even though I’m getting attacked by so many vegans, I’ve said over and over again, I eat a LOT of totally vegan meals and vegan food can be really delicious!) just find your own balance and learn to listen to your body! 🙂 Love you guys! Just a short vlog showing what I eat in a typical day! I eat very balanced, some days I eat healthier than other days, but I cut nothing out for health or ‘weight’ reasons as I’ve recovered from binge eating disorder and also from body dysmorphia & orthorexia so I’m careful to not be too strict EVER with food! I LOVE FOOD!
