In this video I share my history with weight-loss and how I looked before my son, after my son, and the 3 consecutive years thereafter .
I have been through quite a lot on this journey so I tried to simplify it and share all the main phases I went through. In the future I can go into more detail about my pregnancy story, my vegan story, and any other specific information about my training and diet. I wanted to mainly focus on sharing my weight loss and share photos of how I was able to get down to my normal size after having my son.
I want to clarify that I was mostly plant-based after having my son, but still consuming animal products. Around September 2013 I started to play around with the Raw Til 4 Lifestyle and it just was not working out for me and my situation at the time. I couldn’t always eat raw fruit until 4 and I just gave up on it. In January 2014 I was motivated to be more plant based again, but I still had animal products in my diet occasionally. (In older videos I stated I was Vegan in February…. but it was the beginning of my journey and I was not fully transitioned until July 2014). After July is when I started off with RT4 again and then ventured off to just eating however I want, just making sure it was always vegan. 🙂
Everything is documented on my IG, and I took supplements mid January to the beginning of March and then for 2 months I didn’t post any photos because I gained weight and got all bloated ! I worked 2x as hard in the gym and was able to get back down to my normal weight. But I was not healthy 100% because I kept getting sick! This is what led me to finalize my decision to be Vegan In July.
In Part 2 I will go over my body transformation and how I have managed my weight on a vegan lifestyle. I will also show the different results I get, depending on how I eat and train.

**6-8oz of water
**2 TBSP of ACV
**3-4 dashes of lemon juice
**1-2 dashes of cayenne pepper
**MEAL PLAN IDEAS**
-2 eggs on whole wheat toast
-oatmeal with fruit
-tuna fish on whole wheat toast
-salad with chicken breast and light dressing
-baked salmon with asparagus and brown rice
-grilled chicken breast with broccoli and brown rice
-fruit and yogurt
**FITNESS ROUTINE**(5 days a week for 30-45min—Monday-Friday)
40 Jumping jacks
15 Knee ups (each leg)
15 Reverse leg pulses (each leg)
15 Kickback pulses (each leg)
15 Lowered kickbacks (each leg)
20 Crunches (with legs raised)
20 Bicycle crunches
20 Oblique side punches (with legs raised)
15 Russian twists (each side)
30-40 second Plank
*Stretch and cool down…Drink water…then Repeat 1-2 times (will do more repetitions as I go)*
