The best fat burning workout is one in which you aren’t simply doing low intensity cardio, but are incorporating weight training as well. The simple fact is, long term fat loss is going to depend on your ability to build as much lean muscle tissue as possible. Metabolically, this muscle tissue is going to increase your resting caloric burn much more than the body fat that exists at this moment.

In this video, I show you a simple dumbbell complex that can be done with a barbell if you have access to a full gym or a more advanced home gym. The bottom line is, this sequence of four dumbbell exercises will get your heart rate soaring and your muscles working in very short order. Perform just 6 rounds this with little to no rest between exercises in the complex and a max of 90 seconds after each round.

Your goal is to perform your complex training workouts at least once a week if not more. The key to successful complexes however is to not back load the complexes with exercises that are using relatively heavy weights or that demand high levels of technical skill. Most trainers that program complexes make these mistakes and also don’t take into account the accumulating fatigue.

In order to combat the fatigue to maintain good form and the integrity of the exercise, you will want to perform this complex with a descending rep sequence. In other words, you will start off by performing 6 reps in the first round, 5 reps in the second round, 4 reps in the third, and so on and so forth until all rounds are done and you are doing just 1rep of each exercise in the last.

Determine the weight you are going to use by choosing your 12RM for your dumbbell overhead shoulder press. Keep the same weight for all of the other exercises in this complex. Again, this is done so that while the weight may be on the light side for the exercises you are performing, it will not jeopardize your body or risk injury when performing them in a fatigued state.

The key above all else is to not rest between movements. Simply transition from one exercise in the complex to the next and try not to rest the dumbbells at all when moving from one to the next. While the first round might not feel like much of a struggle, the subsequent rounds will quickly add up and make you feel as if your fat burning has just kicked into third gear!

COMPLETE LEAN MUSCLE BUILDING PROGRAMME |WORKOUT + DIET

FOLLOW THIS COMPLETE MUSCLE BUILDING PROGRAMME.

Step 01- follow zero carb for one week.
step02- follow depletion workout for first week
Step 03- introduce carbs from second week.
step 04- hardcore workout starts.

Keto diet- aim for 25-30 gm protein, 15-20gm fats and veggies every meal. 6 meals a day. NO CARBS even on post workout.

Depletion workouts- aim for 20 reps every set. choose any ex of your choice, compound movements are better. as they deplete more glycogen.

First 3 days you will feel like crap, but hold on.

MUSCLE BUILDING DIET- 25-30 gm pro/ 35-40gm carb/ 10 gm fats every meal. except last meal of the day.

post workout- 1.5 scoop whey + 3 slice white bread. if you workout on zero carb day then consume only whey (2 scoop)
On days you dont workout or skip, dont consume post workout meal, everything else remains same in the diet.

8 oz chicken 45 gm pro
9oz fish 45 gm pro
1 egg white 3 gm pro
1 full 6 gm pro
100 gm low fat paneer 18 gm pro
100 gm greek yougurt 15 gm pro
1 scoop whey 24 gm pro (check your label )

150 gm cooked rice 40 gm carbs (prefer white rice)
8oz sweet potato . 40 gm carbs
50 gm raw oats . 35 gm carbs
4 slice wheat bread 50 gm carbs

best veggies to have- anything green, cauliflower, peppers, lauki, egg plant, larval, mushrooms, brocolli, onions. AVOID tomato, peas, sweet corn (only on zero carb days)

MUSCLE BUILD WORKOUT- give your 100 %. If you miss a workout don’t worry, continue with the same workout whenever you workout next.

Have you ever wondered what Alpha eats on a weekly basis? Yes? Then you’ll love this video. The key is planning and preparation as he ‘sucks’ winging it! In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro is first taking you shopping at Costco and the grocery store.

Chicken and fish (salmon, tilapia) are staples. He also picks up some quinoa which has a low hypoglycemic index. He gets apples, avocados, sweet potatoes, bagged salads, oatmeal, and egg whites at the grocery store. Once he gets home, he preps. Sunday is also the day he makes his Blue Apron which hes’ been using since 2015.

First thing in the morning, he performs fasted cardio and then eats breakfast around 10am – 11am (egg whites, avocado, fruit -or- chocolate oatmeal, fruit). Lunch is around 3pm, consisting of a chicken or salmon salad (his ‘power salad’). Then around 6pm, before the gym, he has protein bar or shake. Dinner is Blue Apron -or- chicken breast or fish, sweet potato or quinoa, and vegetable. At night, he always has low calorie ice cream.

He doesn’t measure anything, and this diet works for him. He refrains from red meat, and he uses S&P, fresh herbs, hot sauce, ketchup, sriracha, and red wine vinegar. Commit to yourself by preparing your meals.
