Another healthy food haul from Wal-Mart! I did a video awhile back on some of the food and beverage shopping we did at Walmart, and here’s a another one for ya! This video shows that you can find healthy foods in many stores and grocery stores all over the world. Hopefully this will give you some ideas for items and different foods and drinks for you and your family. Eat more fruit and vegetables, less packaged and processed food which are high in sodium, fat, artificial colors, preservatives and all kinds of other junk! Eat more whole foods, fruits, and veggies!
