Hi Guys, this is a follow up video to my weight loss story that I posted 5 months ago… I have maintained the same weight without making any changes to the way I eat. I really love the meals that I prepare without oil and it really is quite easy once you get used to it.

Another healthy food haul from Wal-Mart! I did a video awhile back on some of the food and beverage shopping we did at Walmart, and here’s a another one for ya! This video shows that you can find healthy foods in many stores and grocery stores all over the world. Hopefully this will give you some ideas for items and different foods and drinks for you and your family. Eat more fruit and vegetables, less packaged and processed food which are high in sodium, fat, artificial colors, preservatives and all kinds of other junk! Eat more whole foods, fruits, and veggies! This was a quick video I did and isn’t real formal so I hope you like the filming style, I tried to make it feel like you’re in the kitchen with me!
