Ensure that you have the right kind of food when you are pregnant. Diet plays a major role in maintaining a good pregnancy. Basic requirements and fresh foods are the best way to start with. A healthy diet during pregnancy has a proper balance of minerals, vitamins, and nutrients and gives you the right ways to adjust to a healthy pregnancy.


Calories are one thing that a pregnant woman should take care of and any kind of additional calorie would only hamper the steady growth. She should try to avoid dieting and also the binging urges which are common during pregnancy. Moderation is the key and one should remember this during pregnancy.


The pregnant woman should have four servings of protein everyday. Around 65 to 70 grams of protein are the daily requirement that a pregnant woman should stick to. One serving of protein is sufficient to have the perfect nutritional management for pregnancy.
