We highly recommend maintaining a life style that you can follow through with. There is no point in crash dieting for 2 weeks, when you are gonna quit you will end up gaining all the weight back on!

Eat smaller meals at least 6 to 8 times a day, take less stress, sleep 8 hrs a night and most importantly drink 8 to 10 glass of water.
