Losing weight can be a slow process, and due to human being nature, when people don’t see instant results they can get discouraged, which frequently leads them to either stop trying to lose weight altogether or to begin jumping from program to program – never offering any diet enough time it requires to work.

Nutritionist/personal trainer Brian Flatt known this problem and created a fresh diet program which allows users to reduce 12-23 pounds in only 21 days. This program is named The 3 Week Diet.

“Now dieters can immediately see their improvement almost, so rather than growing discouraged, they become encouraged, plus they devote more energy to their diet even,” said Flatt, who’s the owner of R also.E.V. Fitness in Southern California. “Nothing at all promotes success like success.”

Flatt said the reason his program works so much faster than other weight loss programs is due to its focus on wearing down harmful triglycerides.

Flatt explained that when we consume, the fat we consume is divided into essential fatty acids. These essential fatty acids are extremely small and they’re able to travel in and out of cell walls to make themselves available as energy for your body. But, when those fatty acids can’t be utilized and we get ready to consume our next food, the remaining essential fatty acids are stored away in our extra fat cells.

That’s where the nagging problem begins. Those essential fatty acids that are being stored away combine with two other essential fatty acids and a glycerol molecule to generate what’s known as a triglyceride.

Triglycerides are extremely big, and for their size aren’t in a position to exit the fat cells like those free-flowing essential fatty acids can. As a result, triglycerides become stubborn body fat that is so difficult to get rid of incredibly.

“But here’s finished .,” Flatt said. “Those triglycerides can be targeted, and they can be damaged back down into those fatty acids that may be burned by the body for energy. In fact, when we break down those triglycerides, it’s kind of like dumping rocket gasoline into the vehicle’s gas tank. Those divided triglycerides overflow the physical body with a great source of energy it actually wants to burn.”

Flatt designed The 3 Week Diet never to only breakdown existing triglycerides, but to prevent the body from forming new ones.

His program will much more to help dieters lose as much weight as possible.

It corrects bad weight loss information that dieters receive on other programs.
It also provides people with a straightforward, easy-to-follow weight loss program. Studies show that difficult plans which include counting calories or considerable exercise programs simply don’t work because people don’t stick to them.
The end result – dieters are able to lose more excess weight in three weeks than they might in 2-3 a few months on another diet program.

The health experts and nutritionists claim that the boiled egg diet is going to help you to lose 24 pounds in two weeks.
Plumpness is one of the biggest health problems in the United States. The obesity is linked with heightened risk for numerous diseases like cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and several cancer types.
A lot of people devote serious effort to lose some weight. It’s almost impossible to lose weight without reducing the calorie intake even it shouldn’t be rigorous, to be hungry and not to consume the necessary nutrients. A healthy diet means that you should consume a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits, grains and beans but in order to reduce the calorie intake, cut back on high-calorie desserts, fast food, fizzy drinks and sweets.

Here we will reveal you a diet for losing weight where you can lose 24 pounds in two weeks. The main ingredients are the eggs.
We know that our body needs a lot of calories for energy. If we reduce the intake of nutrients for some time, we may harm our body, weaken the metabolism and increase the risk for serious health problems.

The eggs are healthy food as they contain protein and numerous nutrients. Eggs provide the necessary vitamins and nutrients for our body. Take this diet and do not consume unhealthy food for some period of time and you will build up your metabolism.

Eggs contain a lot of nutrients, high-quality protein, good fats, minerals and vitamins. One egg is rich in Selenium, vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin B5 and Vitamin B12. It also contains minerals and vitamins such as Folate, vitamin E, potassium, calcium, manganese, zinc and iron.

One large egg contains small amounts of carbohydrates, five grams of fat, six grams of quality protein and 77 calories. It is important to mention that the white is consisted only of protein while all the healthy nutrients are in the yolk.

This is the two-week menu:

The 1st week:

*Monday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and fruit.
Lunch: two sliced of meal bread and fruit.
Dinner: cooked chicken and salad.

*Tuesday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and fruit.
Lunch: cooked chicken and green salad.
Dinner: orange, salad and two boiled eggs.

*Wednesday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and fruit.
Lunch: one tomato, one slice of meal bread and low fat cheese.
Dinner: cooked chicken and salad.

*Thursday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and fruit.
Lunch: fruit
Dinner: streamed chicken.

*Friday*.

Breakfast: two boiled eggs.
Lunch: two boiled eggs and streamed vegetables.
Dinner: barbequed fish and salad.

*Saturday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs.
Lunch: fruit.
Dinner: streamed chicken and salad.

*Sunday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and fruit.
Lunch: tomato salad and streamed vegetables with chicken.
Dinner: streamed vegetables.

The 2nd week:

*Monday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs.
Lunch: salad and chicken.
Dinner: orange, salad and two boiled eggs.

*Tuesday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs.
Lunch: two boiled eggs and streamed vegetables.
Dinner: salad and barbequed fish.

*Wednesday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and fruit.
Lunch: cooked chicken and salad.
Dinner: orange, salad and two boiled eggs.

*Thursday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and fruit.
Lunch: streamed vegetables, two boiled eggs and low fat cheese.
Dinner: streamed chicken and salad.

*Friday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and fruit.
Lunch: tuna salad.
Dinner: two boiled eggs and salad.

*Saturday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and fruit.
Lunch: cooked chicken and salad.
Dinner: fruits.

*Sunday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs.
Lunch and Dinner: streamed vegetables and streamed chicken.

Consult with a doctor before starting with this diet. It is a simple menu but you should also exercise every day to get the wanted results.
