How to make a 'Red Velvet' Herbalife Shake | Herbalife Healthy Eating Advice

1 cup (240ml) nonfat milk, lowfat milk or soy milk
1 cup (75g) frozen strawberry halves

4 ice cubes

If using low fat milk, the Red Velvet Herbalife Shake has:

305 Calories
25g Protein
41g Carbohydrates
