Today’s video highlights the importance of the FUEL, (and not just the food) that should go into your body BEFORE EXERCISING. This “exercise” can be of any form or intensity and the same concepts apply to individuals of any age, sex or fitness levels. These ground rules, personally for me, were what took my workout and overall fitness to the next level. I’m sharing the exact same concepts that i follow and that every fitness conscious individual should be following.

1/2 cup spelt flour
1/4 cup peanut butter
a little bit over 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
sprinkle of pumpkin spice
splash of liquid sweetener

[blueberry popsicles]
1 cup blueberries
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp coconut sugar

[vegan ranch dip]
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
1/4 cup almond milk
sprinkle garlic powder
sprinkle onion salt
tsp chopped parsley

450 degrees F for 30-40 mins

If we deal with the sins of laziness, gluttony and sloth we will not have the enemy steal kill and destroy our health. God’s will is that you be in good health according to 3 John 1:2. So if God’s will is that our health would prosper as our soul prospers you best believe the devil will try and go against the will of God for you in your life! I am going to try and wake the church up to see that fighting for good health is part of the spiritual warfare we Christians face each day! Time to get off the couches and get healthy saints !!! Consider me your personal trainer pastor who will help you get strong in both body and mind to glorify God! Not enough people out there helping saints fight the fight for good health, vitality and energy. Christian Personal Trainers should help their churches get and maintain health. Start church health ministries to fight back against cancer, illness and disease !!!
