Lose fat and tone up all over
Many women want to know how to lose arm fat. We hate those granny dangles, chicken wings or whatever you might want to call the arm fat that hangs off the bottom. Our first sexy arms exercise is for biceps toning. You’ve first got to step on the band with both feet, take the band in both hands and curl the biceps.
The next exercise will not only help you get toned arms but also works the back and shoulders. Take the band in both hands in front of your body and pull out to the sides. This arm exercise totally burns the triceps.
For the next arm exercise, you will anchor the band around a couch leg or other piece of furniture and do tricep kickbacks…works just the same as on a cable machine at the gym.
The next exercise is the one-armed upright row which is for shoulders and upper back. It’s important to tone shoulders and back because these areas also help reduce the visible signs of arm fat.
