Raat ka khana khanay ke baad aik dam mat soyen balkay thori si chehal qadmi karen aur khanay ko hazem honay ke liye waqt den warna pait mein gas, bad hazmi aur jalan rahay gi. Is ke ilawa is aadat ki wajah se motapa bhi hoga .

CHEHAL QADMI YA WALK KRAIN MAGAR…
Zaam haazma aur fitness dono ke liye khanay ke baad sair karna faida mand hai. khaas tor par raat ka khana khanay ke baad chehal qadmi zaroor karni chahiye. lekin khana khanay ke fori baad walk ke liye nahi nikal jana chahiye, khana khanay ke baad fori paidal chalna sahet ke liye kisi bhi terhan theek nahi. khana khanay ke baad kuch der arram karen is ke baad chehal qadmi karen. is se aik taraf aap ka khana bhi hazem hojaye ga aur dosray aap ko raat ko neend bhi bohat achi aeye gi .

TAMBAKU NOSHI

Aksar logon ki aadat hoti hai ke woh khana kha kar cigarettes ya tambacoo noshi shuru kardete hain, un ka kehna hota hai ke agar woh khanay ke baad cigrette nahi pyin ge to un ke pait mein gas bhar jaye gi halaank yeh bilkul ghalat khayaal hai. Aik tahaqeeq mein bataya gaya hai ke khanay ke fori baad aik cigrette piinaa aisay hi ke ensaan neh 10 cigrette pi liye hon yani khanay ke baad aik cigrette ka nuqsaan 10 sgriton jitna hoga .

PHAL KHANA

Yeh aik bohat hi aam aadat hai aur usay kaafi sahet mand bhi samgha jata hai lekin haqeeqat mein yeh intahi khatarnaak hai kyunkay is terhan pait mein gas aur seenay ki jalan ke ziyada imkanaat hotay hain. Phal khanay ke liye behtareen waqt khanay se qabal ka hai jis ki wajah mahireen ghiza yeh batatay hain ke phalon ko hazem honay ke liye mukhtalif terhan ke enzymes ki zaroorat hoti hai jo ke khana khanay ke baad muyassar nahi hotay. Waisay bhi khaali pait phal khanay se aap un mein mojood lahmiaat, fibre, cheeni aur deegar fawaid ka ziyada faida utha satke hain .

CHAEY PIINAA

Cigrette ki terhan khanay ke baad chaey ki aadat bhi bohat ziyada aam payi jati hai. Chaey ki wajah se khanay mein mojood iron jism mein hazem honay mein waqt laita hai. Agar hamaray jism mein iron ki munasib miqdaar mojood nah hoto hum khoon ki kami ka shikaar ho jatay hain jis ki wajah se deegar bemariyan aur sahet ke sangeen masail peda hotay hain .

NAHANA

Khanay ke baad hamaray khoon ki supply hathon aur tangon ki taraf barh jati hai aur maiday mein khoon ki supply kam honay lagti hai lekin khanay ke fori baad nahanay se yeh tamam nizaam darham barham hojata hai aur maida kamzor honay lagta hai .
