Dinner: streamed chicken.

Breakfast: two boiled eggs.
Lunch: two boiled eggs and streamed vegetables.
Dinner: barbequed fish and salad.

*Saturday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs.
Lunch: fruit.
Dinner: streamed chicken and salad.

*Sunday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and fruit.
Lunch: tomato salad and streamed vegetables with chicken.
Dinner: streamed vegetables.

The 2nd week:

Breakfast: two boiled eggs.
Lunch: salad and chicken.
Dinner: orange, salad and two boiled eggs.

*Tuesday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs.
Lunch: two boiled eggs and streamed vegetables.
Dinner: salad and barbequed fish.

*Wednesday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and fruit.
Lunch: cooked chicken and salad.
Dinner: orange, salad and two boiled eggs.

*Thursday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and fruit.
Lunch: streamed vegetables, two boiled eggs and low fat cheese.
Dinner: streamed chicken and salad.

*Friday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and fruit.
Lunch: tuna salad.
Dinner: two boiled eggs and salad.

*Saturday*

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and fruit.
Lunch: cooked chicken and salad.
Dinner: fruits.

Lunch and Dinner: streamed vegetables and streamed chicken.

We are going to go through 4 exercises that is going to slim the waist and add definition to your midsection.

START WAIST MEASUREMENT: 28 3/4 inches
AFTER TWO WEEKS MEASUREMENT: 26 inches

START HIPS MEASUREMENT: 36 1/2 inches
AFTER TWO WEEKS MEASUREMENT: 36 inches

In this video we are going to do;
1. Sit-ups
2. Mountain Climbers
3. Modified V-Ups
4. Flutter Kicks

Workout instructions:
– 3 Sets (Do the whole workout 3 times)
– 20 Reps (20 times each exercise)
– 30 seconds break time between set
-2x a day, six days a week. Once in the morning and once at night.

How to do the exercises:
Sit-ups
Lie on your back. Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor or mat. Position your heels about 1 to 1 1/2 feet in front of your tailbone. Place your fingertips behind your head or cross your arms on your chest.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together. Exhale then tighten your abs and curl up toward your bent knees. Do not pull on your neck. Keep your head in line with your spine, tilting your chin forward slightly as you come up. Keep the bottom of your feet, your lower back and your tailbone flat against the floor throughout the exercise. Curl toward your thighs until you are in a seated position.

Mountain Climbers
Assume a push-up position with your arms straight and your body in a straight line from your head to your ankles. Without changing the posture of your lower back (it should be arched), raise your right knee toward your chest.
Pause, return to the starting position and repeat with your left leg. That’s one rep. Alternate until you’ve completed all your reps.

Modified V-Ups
Lie faceup on the floor with your legs and arms straight. Hold your arms straight above the top of your head. In one movement, simultaneously lift your torso and legs as if you’re trying to touch your knees. Lower your body back to the starting position.

Flutter Kicks
Lie on your back with your legs together and extended out straight. You can place your arms out to the sides of your body with your palms down. Contract your abs and keep them tight throughout the exercise. Lift your legs off the ground about 6 inches. Lift your head and shoulders slightly off the ground. Raise on leg up a few inches and bring it back to the starting position. While it is on its way down raise the other leg up.

Losing weight is indeed a tough process. And if you don’t have the right information, it can become more tedious and even discouraging. In this video, I explain how I have lost weight in just 2 weeks – just by following the basic rules for healthy living. Firstly, you must say a big NO to processed and junk food. Fast food can be extremely harmful to you in the in the long run, and it is one of the number one reasons you are not losing weight. By avoiding fast food, you will stop letting fat get accumulated in your body. You also will get healthy and glowing skin, as junk foods can clog your skin pores and harm your skin. Remember to take plenty of water. 70 percent of your body is made up of water, and there is no reason you shoudln’t drink more of it. Try to stick with 2 liters of water every day – this can detoxify your body and keep you healthy. If at all you find it hard to drink 2 liters of water alone on a daily basis, you can look for detox teas. These teas can be mixed with water and consumed, and they can benefit you in numerous ways – which include better digestion and reduced bloating. Drink detox teas in the morning, and since they are organic, they can have great effects on your body. Make fruits and vegetables your close friends. They are filled with healthfulness. You can start with Brussels sprouts, cabbage or turnip. You can even snack on vegetables – kale would be a great option to start with. A healthy life would be incomplete without exercise. Devise a suitable exercise plan for you. For weight loss, you can incorporate cardio. HIIT (high intensity interval training) can help a lot; it included short bursts of intense cardio exercise with periodic intervals. All these methods can help you lose weight and lead a fitter life.
