  1. When you mention to combine 2 meals into 1 huge meal, wouldn't that be too much protein for your body to absorb in one sitting?

  2. Brown rice has lots of bad stuff in it, phytic acid rendering what little nutrients it has useless along with binding to other proteins you eat. Arsenic content too, I'd go with white as less anti nutrients and prefer the taste personally. Also 6 x whole eggs, that's 1116mg cholesterol (daily average for healthy person is 300mg) I'd say no more than 2 and the rest egg whites. You look in great shape though so are doing a lot right, well done.

In fact, fat from peanut butter and other foods like that actually build muscle fat loss always has to do with the intensity of your workout, some people don't like to hit complete molecular dislocation, but if you are manly enough you will know when you can't TRULLY do anymore. As Arnold would say, "feel the pump"
