  1. Would it be possible to split a workout, for example, I can get up early and either lift or do cardio but then I have to work, so if I wake up and lift, can I run at night and get the same results or do I have to do it together?

  7. Thanks Jess! I am taking my notes today. I'm going to try to come up with different workouts for each day, similar to the programs in team live lean and really put together an at home work out that I know I would want to do. Seeing it written out visually will be a big help. I even invested in a fitness (food + workout) journal for 12 weeks so I will have everything ready do go in one neat notebook I can take everywhere. Perhaps, that would be something you and Brad can put together. A printable health journal complete with inspirational messages, food log, work out log, and reflection and ideas for improvement. I'm a little bit old school and like having something physical I can touch, it can help make it seem "real". 🙂

  8. i like rowing and spin and weights , i want to squat 50 kgs and to be able to work harder for longer like i used to yrs back
