  5. I don't agree with no 12. It's very misleading. If you masturbate every day your sex life will get worse, your libido and testosterone will drop down and at many cases, you'll have erectile dysfunction, you'll have less energy and your focus will be off. Masturbation it's not a substitute to sex. Think about it. If you spend 1 hour a day masturbating, you'll spend more than 1 entire 24 hour day in a month. Do you want to spend 1 day of your month fapping? I don't think so. You can spend it doing much better and productive things.
