    It’s weird to see everyone is saying this is not for beginners and it’s hard. I used to do Pilates several years ago but stopped after having a baby. So I thought I was at the beginners stage but I did all of this with no problem except for the planks and that’s just because I did an ab workout the other day and am still sore from that. Guess I’m not back at the beginner stage then?

    As a beginner I think it's better to alternate the exercises a bit more, so many abs at the beginning of the workout is extremely difficult
