  1. You don’t have to do ALL these exercises to get abs. All you need to do is hit upper abs, lower abs, and obliques 2-3 times a week. That’s about 1/4 of the work. The other 3/4’s are all about diet. Calories in = calories out.

  2. Think of your “abs” as one big muscle. The tendons and connective tissues running across your abs are what give them shape. Everyone has different body structure.

  3. you need to burn the fat so you can get big abs, and yes you can get abs on a calorie deficit just keep reps around 20 which means the weight has to be somewhat high. I used to weight 275 and now weight 170 and have saggy skin but I am doing what I told you and it is working like a charm. You will have an easier time than me. Saggy skin sucks

  4. Should this be done in a circuit training mode or should i do 12-15 reps 3 sets of each exercise then move to the next?
