WEIGHT LOSS MOTIVATION || KETO || Before and After Pictures

Hey guys! It’s January 1st 2019 and that means it has been exactly 1 year since I started my weight loss journey. I promised my weigh in results and I am so excited to announce that I have lost 90 pounds in 1 year following a keto diet and exercising. Not a 100 pound loss like I was hoping for but I am still so proud of myself. I wanted to share some before and after pictures with you to help motivate you to continue or start a weight loss journey yourself. If I can make it this far, I know you can too!     tomorrow would be 3 weeks sense I started keto and I have lost 14.4 lbs I was 254lbs but I am on my way to a better weight and a healthier life style

    I've been on keto for about 2 months and have dropped 29 lbs. It works, especially for people that are otherwise resistant to weight loss.

    Nice work. I'm lucky that I can eat what I like and never gain much weight, but I like the idea of cutting out carbs. I always feel good when I eat healthy, but the cravings for carbs make me keep going back to eating junk. I kinda wish I did gain weight as that would force me to change my diet.
