    Hello Sahara,
    As you mentioned it's very important for Kapas to choose warming foods and drinks, but I find it extremely difficult to drink warm water! Not even room temperature, I really like cold water. Is this going to slow down my weight loss plans? I drink hot green tea throughout the day as well, but 6-24oz bottles of cold water a day is my standard. Please advise. Thank you!✌Namaste

I just recently found out that the hysterectomy I had four and a half years ago has been causing me all the problems I've been dealing with lately, ie, huge weight gain, lethargic, listlessness, memory loss, depression, swollen feet, could sleep all day and the list goes on.
