  1. the first two weeks of this is hard on your body but you do get use to it and your body will begin to get use to it and then progress can be made longterm. I started out on healthy food like in the video and I was angry by the 2nd week almost ready to gourge on an entire pizza. I had a good ratio of fat/carbs/protein and it still wasn't enough as your brain needs more fat in in your diet to prevent the walking depression that can occur with 1300 calorie diets on mainly veggies alone which I think is what gets people off the wagon. I then started eating black bean gardenburgers and pita bread in moderation along with greek yogurt and I felt more satisfied than just eating herring and spinach and while not eating anything sweet. I then started to exercise feeling I might end up eating more by doing this routine and decided to start burning 200-400 calories a day on the eliptical at the gym to compensate for the added carbs. Remarkably I found it easier to work out having those extra carbs and I didnt feel as tired during the day and felt my brain was content with the extra fat and carbs in my diet even though I wasn't giving my body anywhere close to 2000+ calories a day. A small chili at Wendy's is 220 calories usually and even a bag of cracker jacks is 150 so u can eat stuff thats not technically good for you but learn to the avoid 400 calorie snack cakes, that is what really gets people and are not filling at all. Portion control is all it is when it comes down to it. You just have to spend enough time tricking your body into being satisfied with less food, it will adapt trust me. I feel like this video is for people who have been thin their whole life or have mostly had a good balanced diet their entire lives but are needing to drop 10 pounds fast. It doesn't work longterm for people who have been overweight like myself. Hate to say it but its true. Good luck to everyone on these type of journeys!

  2. I eat between 800-1000 cals per day (exactly bc I weigh my food) and I don't eat breakfast, 200 cals for lunch and dinner and then that means I have 400 cals of small meals as snacks whenever I'm hungry xx I think I have an issue

  3. I eat 2 waffles with maple syrup for breakfast, 2 slices of pizza for lunch and usually tuna salad for dinner. And that doesn't even reach 1,200 calories. I lift weights and also do cardio. Just saying.

  4. is this diet for a child? no one over 10 should be eating less than 2000 calories a day. unless you're 5'2, 90 pounds

  5. Omgosh NOOO! I'm eating 1300 at the moment and yesterday it was like a banana blueberry smoothie, then a large size pita bread pizza (like the size of a medium pizza) with veggies, chicken and cheese with 1 egg cracked on top, then soup and herbal tea for dinner. I could have split the pizza into 2 meals but I had been to the gym, hungry and I just like a big meal for lunch. No idea how she's preparing certain things but that would be like a 1000 cal day for me!

  6. I personally don't think 1200 cals is that little. People act so surprised when you say you eat 1200. It's actually a lot. I eat around 500
