  1. "Oats won't spike blood sugar" is this woman for real wtf. calls herself a nutritionist and can't even get the basics of carbohydrates, any carb will spike blood your blood sugar.

  2. Everyone is freaking out about a 1800 calories diet for women who are barely 5’0. And you wonder why we have an obesity issue. I workout every day for several hours and I am on 1800 calories as well. We really don’t need THAT much food.
