  2. I really struggle with drinking smoothies, I just really dislike cold and have super sensitive teeth (regardless of using sensitive teeth toothpaste etc) and warm smoothies are gross 🙁

  3. Please healthnuts, Help me with this smoothie porblem! So, I asked Miss Nicole on Insta, but it wouldn't do, about how to keep a green smoothie, that contains avocado, fresh and well mixed. Since I would take it with me to sip it during the day when not at home. and since she is assumingly very busy, I ain't got no answer. So, of course, I'll ask the health nut community: any ideas? do I have to put ice cubes in it? need I blend it more so the avocado, very rich in fat, doesn't stick in the cup but mixes well? I usually use coconut milk as a base. this has proven rather unpleasantly sticky too. 🙁 any helpful comments very welcome, thank you!

  7. We love you! A quick question: do u use any liquied in your smoothies? I usually use cashews milk, can i skip it? Is the smoothi going to be tasty?

  8. I love watch your videos. I am drinking the same ginger mix each single day, but I squeeze the lemon right before drink, because vitamin C is broken by the heat.

  9. That dressing looked amazing and I need that slicer in my life! I hate when my veggies aren’t cut the same size lol
