1 cup of egg whites
Spinach
Turkey Sausage
Salsa & Lite Laughing Cow cheese

Meal 2:
1 Cream of Wheat Packet
Carbmaster Milk
1/2 Protein
Dash of cinnamon and bananas

Meal 3:
4 oz of ground turkey with taco seasoning
1 whole wheat tortilla
Spinach, salsa and avocado

Meal 4:
1/3 cup of Kodiak Cake Protein Mix – Dark Chocolate
1/3 cup of water
Walden Farms Maple Syrup

  1. it be really great if i got someones advice lol I'm trying to loose weight but am really confused about diets (when it comes to protein powders) some people say i should put protein powder in my breakfast and before the gym then after the gym and some say i should only have it after because I'm only 16 and i shouldn't be having protein?

  2. so I'm from South Africa… and I really want to reach my goals but it's hard cause i struggle to eat the right stuff… I also watch all your video's and i really like each and every one of them… but the eat healthy videos is a struggle cause we dont have the same stuff world wide like that awesome protein pancake stuff en turkey… you don't get it here… any advise for me?…. plus I love all you videos likeee for really…. you're amazing

  3. That sports bra though. I want it. Oh and I grew up with cream a wheat but I can definitely taste a difference from the instant vs the 3.5 minute ones. I don't like the instant. I used to have cream of wheat with sugar in it and then have buttered toast cut to pieces in it. When I was younger. Now I'm trying it healthier though so I'll do like 1/2 tbsp agave, a banana, and some cinnamon. Yum.

  4. hello im naty i subscribe i very interest in your ideas now i have question i have to consume 1,351 calories a day to lost 1 pound . now i want to know how many protein healthy fats fiber carbohydrate i have to consume to make it match to this calorie rate to you lost weight im off with math

  5. What do you do with the yolks? Throw them away? I find it hard to waste food but I want to eat eggwhites only too.

  8. More Grocery Videos!! Honestly after researching things you've said and what not I gave up veganism! I was feeling better but i wasn't getting much nutrients!! I'm vegetarian now because I can't with eating animals but Egg whites and protein waffles is honestly my favorite meals!! Thank you!!?

  10. You might want to try putting your omelette in the oven when you think it's not cooking properly in the pan, it's really good if you're putting cheese on top
