  1. I used to buy super greens but I heard it has metals in it. I always wanted to buy the fruit flavored version but I would think it would take away how effective it is. But what do I know?

  2. Were you vegan before?

    I ask because I have been for 15 months, but I'm really considering either incorporating fish into my diet or becoming vegetarian.

    I just constantly feel awful, fatigued, tired, and depressed as a vegan (even eating a healthy, whole foods diet, and not so much junk or anything).
