    6) Muscle burns calories even when at rest. Building bigger muscles will burn more calories. Your legs contain some of the biggest muscles in your body. So building these up will result in your body consuming many more calories throughout the day.

    7) You can exercise any time. Even at night.

  3. I lift weights and swim for my weight control but What really keeps me lean is What i eat. I stopped riding a bike because too much of it can lead to impotence if you are using the wrong bike seat. Today i dont own a bike but if i did the bike seat that causes impotence will have to go.
