Who Are We?

Our head writer is Phoenix Pohta – a dual Olympic athlete and Olympic coach. Phoenix has been pivitol in writing coaching material, educating coaches and leading the way in sports roles across many sports and not just her Olympic sports.

Added to sports qualifications and expereince, Phoenix also studied an Advanced Diploma in Applied Science as a Naturopth and had speial interest areas of nutrition, sports nutrition and western herbal medicine.

She is also a Master Practitioner of NLP, and a Master Instructor of a very philisophical and spiritual marial art (not sport) and has coached many people in health, fitness and wellbeing for well over 20 years.
